Pre-Sales Service
Westec has a team of skilled engineers to help you design your ultimate
solution. We will work closely with you to ensure that the solution
meets your present and future requirements as well as being
technologically relevant and cost effective.
After-Sales Service
Westec provides warranty for all installations and will promptly
service any problems during the warranty period. For service outside of
the warranty period, you have the option of either purchasing per call
service or setting up a maintenance contract. We can structure the
maintenance contract to suit your needs and requirements.
Installation
Westec engineers, electricians, and technicians will install at your
site anywhere in Cambodia. At each installation we will work closely
with you to ensure minimal disruption to your operations as well as
meeting your schedule.
